About Me

Hi, I’m Trinity!

I believe in the power of movement, not only for physical strength but also for personal growth and mental resilience. Growing up, I competed in triathlons for Team USA and participated in swimming, cross country, and track. I found a sense of community through these activities and formed lifelong friendships. After running in college, I stepped away from competitive sports and lost touch with my love for running. However, I am now rediscovering that passion. I’m currently training for a Boston Qualifying marathon in September and documenting the process here!

When I’m not running, you can often find me baking, journaling, or curling up with a good book. I started this blog to document my training for upcoming races, share what I’ve learned, and connect with others who find joy in movement. I hope you discover something here that inspires you!
